1 Record Keeping

  • 1.4.1 Does the certificates show the following:<br> Part Number of the equipment<br> Serial Number of the equipment<br> Standard used to test or calibrate equipment<br> Name of Organization<br> Accreditation of test facility<br> Name, signature and stamp of person certifying test or calibration

  • 1.5 Does the person responsible for the calibrated equipment list, check it at least once a month?

  • 1.5.1 Is there a record of the monthly checks of the calibrated equipment list?

  • 1.6 Are the records kept for a minimum of 5 years?

2 Tool Store

  • 2.1 Is each tool kept in a dedicated place?

  • 2.2 Is there a system to control the issuing of each tool to an engineer? Tool Tag or Tool Register?

  • 2.3 Is there an expiry date indicated on each calibrated equipment?

  • 2.4 Is a correction table issued with each torque wrench?
