  • 2.06 Is Clearance adequate from bottom of door to finish floor surface? (note: no greater than 20mm tolerance)

  • 2.07 Are all doors free from distortion? (note: bending in door heights between 2040 and 2400 high- greater than 6mm is deemed defective)

  • 2.08 Have all external doors been sealed at the bottom, i.e. front entry, laundry and garage?

  • 2.09 Do all doors operate free from binding onto jamb? (note: including aluminum French doors to balconies)

  • 2.10 Have all windows been finished true and plumb?

  • 2.11 Do all windows operate freely?

  • 2.12 Have all nails been adequately punched to all window and door reveals?

  • 2.13 Have all sliding door sashes been installed and adjusted?

  • 2.14 Do all cavity sliding doors operate freely and plastic guide adjusted correctly?

  • 2.15 Has carpet band been installed to all void areas?

  • 2.16 Has all beading in garage been installed correctly?

  • 2.17 Was all material present for fixer to complete?

  • 2.18 In your opinion, has work been completed in a clean and proficient manner?
