  • I/we the undersigned (The Owner/s) hereby certify that I/we have inspected the Works carried out at address below by Fowler Homes (the builder) pursuant to the agreement on contract date and hereby acknowledge that the terms and conditions of the Agreement have been duly performed, to my/our satisfaction. All glass, mirrors, tiling, laminates, baths, basins, stoves trough and shower have been examined and found to be in good order subject to item(s) listed in this report being completed or rectified. I /we hereby state that no further claims will be made by me/us in relation to the agreement, except maintenance pursuant to the defects liability warranty in the Agreement.

    Should I/we and/or my/our agents, carry out any work to or upon the property at which the Works were effected and should any damage whatsoever be caused by such action the Builder shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred and shall not be called upon to make good any defects arisi g from those works.

    If at the date of this inspection the appliances have not been installed, I/we acknowledge pursuant to the Agreement, that the said appliances will be installed within 7 working days unless I/we provide written instructions, requesting installation after this period. I/we understand that the connection of power is my/out responsibility and will be arrange by me/us with relevant Electricity Authority.
