Is all the empty Vat clean and free from foreign matter?

Free from any insects (e.g., fruit flies, midges, mosquitos, flies)?

If there are any, spray the insecticides and rinse off with water. Make sure there are no ingredients & products. If you need to spray those areas, you need to take those out and bring them back once rinsed.

Free from broken or damaged glass or hard brittle plastics?

Scale Calibration

Check the scale number and use the correct test weight for the calibration.

Procedure: 1) Turn scale on. 2) Put test weight on the scale. 3)Let measurement stabilise. 4) Measurement should be within the range.

If the weight is out of the acceptable range, please escalate to QA.
