Fill up all three footbaths in the Syrup room & one footbath in the HZ3 changing room with 6L water and 40mL of Resiquat (6-8mL/L ratio). Confirm the concentration with Quat strip (must be >600ppm).

Is all the MACHINERY functioning?

Is all the MACHINERY clean and free from foreign matter? No tools around the machinery?

Are staff complying with personal hygiene procedures (clean & correct uniform, no jewellery, often hand washing, all hair contained, etc.,)?

Free from any insects (e.g., fruit flies, midges, mosquitos, flies)?

If there are any, spray the insecticides and rinse off with water. Make sure there are no bottles or caps where you spray. If you need to spray where the bottles and caps are, you need to dump those after spraying.
