Ventilation Strategy

Inside Inspection of the Park Home

  • Just incase we need to install a Core Vent for the boiler, please take a photo of a wall where it could vent out of (must be in the room with the boiler) This if for non-condensing boilers, so if the boiler is new, there is no need for this photo.

  • Is there room for a 6 inch Core Vent on this outside wall if required?

  • Is there a drop hole (a vent) in the floor by the boiler? (photo required if there is one)

  • Is there a gas or electric fire in any of the rooms?
