  • Retaining wall area excavation as per WU Standard drawing

  • 200mm gap between retaining wall and boundary cut

  • 45-degree battering provided

  • House site cut completed as per the WUC site cut layout

  • Decking area excavation as per plan

  • Infill slab for the decking when GL is <= 350mm below the FFL

  • Decking over stumps; sub floor, when GL is >= 600mm below the FFL/if invert level of pit next to excavation area is lower than excavation level

  • Excavation in easement is less than 200mm UNO

  • Excavation in under deck tank areas with allowance for tank install

  • Are correct materials used for filling

  • Is a compaction test or certification required by an engineer

  • Is there any loose soil or site cut slides around property

  • No excavated materials/stockpile at site

  • Nature strip, cross-over, footpath, and road cleared
